How RAMA Rajasthan collects, uses and protects your personal information.

Who we are

This website is run by Rising AVGCXR and Media Association (RAMA Rajasthan), which decides how your information is used. Copreneurs India LLP collects payments on our behalf and processes your information only for that purpose.

What we collect

Pass buyers: name, email, phone number, city, pass type and, for Student Passes, your institution.
Challenge entrants: name, email, phone, city and country, age, social media handle, team member names and emails, answers in the registration form, and links to your work.
Exhibitors: company or organisation name, contact person, email, phone, billing address, GST number and stall choice.
Payment records: amount, date, Razorpay order and payment IDs. Card, UPI and bank details are handled by Razorpay and never reach us.
Technical data: IP address and basic browser information, used for security and to prevent spam.

How we use it

To confirm your purchase, issue passes and invoices, and send you event updates.
To check you in at the venue and manage entry.
To share challenge entries with the jury and organise judging, shortlisting and results.
To allot expo stalls and share exhibitor names in the event guide.
To credit creators when showcasing work.
To answer your questions and, if you agree, send you news about RAMA and RAS events.
To keep accounts and meet tax and legal requirements.

Who we share it with

Razorpay, to process payments.
Copreneurs India LLP, to collect payments and issue invoices.
Jury members and the Organizing Committee, to evaluate challenge entries.
Service providers who host this website, send our emails and run venue check-in, only as needed.
Authorities, when the law requires it.

We do not sell your personal information.

How long we keep it

We keep registration, pass and payment records for as long as needed to run the event and meet accounting, tax and legal requirements, and then delete or anonymise them.

Your rights

Under India’s Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, you can ask to see, correct or delete your personal information, or withdraw consent for optional uses such as newsletters. Write to contact@ramaraj.org. We may need to keep some records where the law requires.

Children

If you are under 18, please register with a parent or guardian’s consent. Parents or guardians can contact us to review or remove a child’s information.

Photos and videos at the event

RAS 2026 is photographed and filmed for promotion. If you do not want to be featured, tell our team at the venue or write to us and we will avoid using identifiable images of you where we can.

Cookies

This website uses essential cookies and your browser’s local storage to keep it working, for example to save your form progress on your device. If we use analytics, it is to understand how the site is used, in aggregate.

Security

We use HTTPS, restricted admin access and trusted providers to protect your information. No system is completely secure, so please keep your pass and personal entry links private.

Changes

We may update this policy. The date at the top shows the latest version.
