RAS 2026, the Rajasthan AVGC-XR Summit, is organised by Rising AVGCXR and Media Association (“RAMA Rajasthan”, “we”, “us”), a Section 8 not-for-profit company registered in India (CIN U88900RJ2025NPL099905). Payments on this website are collected by Copreneurs India LLP on behalf of RAMA Rajasthan. By using this website or buying anything on it, you agree to these terms.

- Expo stalls for companies, studios, startups and institutions exhibiting at RAS 2026.

Prices and payment
- All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR). Expo stall prices are exclusive of 18% GST, which is added to the invoice.
- Payments are processed securely by Razorpay (UPI, cards, netbanking and wallets). We do not see or store your card, UPI or bank details.
- A small payment gateway fee may be shown at checkout, depending on your payment method.
- Your purchase is confirmed only after payment succeeds and you receive a confirmation email.
- Refunds are governed by our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
Event passes
- Each pass admits one person for the full day of RAS 2026, as described for that pass type.
- Student Pass: a valid school or college ID must be shown at entry. Without it, you will be asked to pay the difference for a Regular Ticket.
- Expo Visit Pass: gives access to the expo area only. It does not include keynotes, masterclasses or the Swaang live finale.
- Food is not included in any pass. It is available to buy at outlets at the venue.
- Carry your confirmation email or pass QR and a photo ID. Entry may be refused to anyone without a valid pass, or for safety reasons once the venue reaches capacity.
- Passes cannot be resold for profit.
Challenge entries
- RAS 2026 challenges are open to students and professionals in India and abroad, unless a challenge’s rules say otherwise. If you are under 18, you must register with the consent of a parent or guardian, who accepts these terms on your behalf.
- The entry fee is charged per entry, per challenge. You must give accurate information; we may cancel entries with false or incomplete details.
- Each challenge has its own rules, formats, deadlines and judging criteria, published on the Rules page. The RAS 2026 Organizing Committee has final authority on jury selection, shortlisting and results.
Your work and usage rights
- You keep the copyright in the work you submit.
- You confirm that your work is original, that you have the rights to everything in it (including music, images and characters), and that it does not break any law or anyone else’s rights.
- You give RAMA Rajasthan and RAS 2026 a non-exclusive, royalty-free right to display, screen, publish and share your submission, and photographs or videos of your performance or installation, for promotion of RAS and RAMA, with credit to you.
Expo stalls
- Stalls are allotted in order of confirmed payment. Stall location on the floor plan is decided by the organisers.
- Exhibitors must set up by 8:30 AM on event day and may not dismantle before the expo closes.
- Exhibitors are responsible for their own products, equipment and staff. Displays must stay within the stall and meet venue fire and safety rules.
- Exhibitors may not sublet or share their stall without written approval.
- We may remove displays or material that are unsafe, offensive, or unrelated to the AVGC-XR, media and creative sectors.
Photography and filming
RAS 2026 will be photographed and filmed. By attending, exhibiting or performing, you agree that you may appear in photos and videos used to promote RAS and RAMA Rajasthan.
Conduct and disqualification
We may refuse entry, remove anyone from the venue, or disqualify any entry, without refund, for misbehaviour, harassment, unsafe props or materials, AI-generated content where it is not allowed, plagiarism, offensive, defamatory or culturally insensitive content, or breach of these terms or the challenge rules.
Prizes
Prize values are indicative and may be given in full or in part as sponsored goodies, experiences or other rewards of equal value. Prizes are non-transferable. Winners may need to provide identity and bank details to receive cash prizes, and any applicable taxes are the winner’s responsibility.
Changes to the event
We may change the schedule, speakers, venue layout, format, jury or prizes when needed. If we cancel the event or a challenge entirely, our Refund & Cancellation Policy applies.
Liability
You attend and take part at your own risk. To the extent allowed by law, RAMA Rajasthan and Copreneurs India LLP are not liable for indirect losses, for loss of or damage to personal belongings, exhibits, costumes or installations, or for failures of third-party services such as payment gateways, file-sharing links or internet access. Our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid.

Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts at Jaipur, Rajasthan have exclusive jurisdiction.
