Refund & Cancellation Policy

Entry fees for RAS 2026 challenges and other RAMA programmes.

All payments are non-refundable

Once your payment is successful and your booking is confirmed, event passes, challenge entry fees and expo stall bookings are non-refundable. This includes cases where you cannot attend, withdraw, do not submit your work, miss a deadline, are not shortlisted, are disqualified, or are refused entry for breaking the event rules.

When we do refund

Event cancelled by us: if RAS 2026 is cancelled and not rescheduled, you get a full refund of passes, entry fees and stall bookings.
Event postponed: your pass, entry or stall stays valid for the new date. If you cannot attend the new date, write to us within 7 days of the announcement for a full refund.
Challenge cancelled by us: you get a full refund of that challenge’s entry fee.
Charged twice: if you were charged more than once for the same order, we refund the extra payment.
Payment failed but money was deducted: this is usually reversed automatically by your bank or Razorpay within 5–7 working days. If it is not, write to us.

Payment gateway fees shown at checkout are refunded only when the whole order is refunded by us.

Transfers and changes

Event passes: you can transfer a pass to another person by emailing us their name, email and phone at least 48 hours before the event. Student Passes can only go to another student.
Challenge entries: entries cannot be transferred. If you entered the wrong challenge, write to us within 48 hours of paying and we will try to help, at our discretion.
Expo stalls: a stall can be moved to another company or brand from the same group with written approval, at least 7 days before the event.

How to ask for a refund or transfer

Email contact@ramaraj.org (or contests@ramaraj.org for challenge entries) from the address you used to pay. Include your order or entry ID and Razorpay payment ID. Approved refunds are sent to the original payment method within 7–10 working days.

Memberships

RAMA membership fees and joining fees are also non-refundable once the membership is activated.
